Job Title: Pricing Analytics Analyst / Senior Pricing Analyst

Overview We are seeking a highly analytical Pricing Analytics Analyst to support data-driven pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in pricing analytics, statistical modeling, and large-scale data analysis who can translate complex datasets into actionable pricing insights.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Strategy teams to develop pricing models, evaluate performance, and drive competitive positioning in dynamic market environments.

What You’ll Do Develop, refine, and implement pricing models to optimize revenue, margin, and market competitiveness Analyze pricing structures and identify opportunities for price optimization and efficiency improvements Support tiered pricing, segmentation strategies, and elasticity analysis

Data Analysis & Modeling Build and maintain statistical models (e.g., regression, time series forecasting) to inform pricing decisions Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior, demand patterns, and pricing performance Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning

Performance Monitoring & Insights Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track pricing performance and KPIs Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready summaries to senior stakeholders Monitor market trends, competitive pricing, and external data to inform strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to support pricing decisions, deal structures, and go-to-market strategies Collaborate with data engineering or BI teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure Support ad hoc analyses related to pricing, revenue performance, and strategic initiatives

What You Bring 3–7+ years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue analytics, financial analysis, or data science Proven experience building pricing models and supporting pricing strategy decisions Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

Excel and at least one programming language (Python, R, or SQL) Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating data into business insights Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field

Nice to Have Experience with pricing in logistics, transportation, infrastructure, or other high-volume / operational industries Background in statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning Exposure to ERP, CRM, or large-scale data environments Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks Structured, data-driven problem solving Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Curiosity and passion for using data to influence business decisions
