Duties
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions for technology platforms.
Assess current system capabilities and collaborate with business users and external vendors to design, test, document, and deploy solutions.
Enable day‑to‑day project management across multiple initiatives by maintaining accurate project plans, producing meeting minutes, and ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.
Develop and share project status updates.
Oversee scope, documentation, and update schedules for Junior Business Analysts.
Track and uphold quality metrics for story development, QA testing, and related standards.
Manage IT risk, budget, and license activities to support operational efficiency.
Participate in quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Maintain testing and defect logs, and manage defect tracking and reporting.
Conduct manual and automated testing, including test data creation from multiple source systems.
Coordinate deployment planning, incident resolution, and release management through production testing, runbook reviews, and post‑deployment validation.
Support IT security and compliance audits; address identified vulnerabilities and exposures.
Analyze platform utilization data in Qlik and generate actionable reports on product implementations.
10% domestic travel required.
Requirements
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of experience in an IT environment involving business analysis, quality assurance, application development, and data analysis.
Or Bachelor's degree in the mentioned fields and 5 years of specified experience.
Experience with end‑to‑end project management, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
Leading Agile and Scrum projects, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Conducting business and functional analysis, including requirements gathering, process flows, and use case development.
Writing and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and contractors to support development, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborating with and managing vendor relationships, contracts, and contractor oversight, reviewing agreements and statements of work.
Supporting IT risk management, budget tracking, and software license administration.
Performing manual and automated QA testing, including test script development and defect tracking.
Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinating release management activities.
Working with SQL and database management systems.
Utilizing reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Applying IT compliance and change control processes in structured environments.
10% domestic travel required.
