
PR & Recruitment Specialist

Primary Position Objective
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the data presented during the application process for enrollment is accurately presented, adheres to an established quality standard, and complies with government and management directives.
Brief Description Of Duties
Review and proofread completed applications for enrollment, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
Scan completed and approved applications into the CIS e-Folder database in a timely manner.
Follow up with potential applicants for missing application data and coordinate with Job Corps Staff to ensure reviews are in progress, complete, and admission is timely.
Track folder progress through the admission process.
Provide appropriate follow-up with students upon arrival.
Consolidate admission reports: regulate and consolidate weekly Admission Counselor reports into a database.
Assist with scheduling outreach events such as fairs, expos, community meetings, and conduct special outreach events, orientations, and tours.
Proofread, enter data, and manage spreadsheets.
Maintain outreach calendars.
Assist in preparing applications, ordering marketing materials and office supplies necessary for the department.
Complete weekly and monthly reports; required training; self-starter; work as a team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all input.
High level of communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of conducting audits and maintaining compliance.
Experience Minimum of one to two years related experience.
Education Bachelor's degree in education or a similar field preferred; otherwise, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates / Licenses / Registration
Valid state driver's license.
