Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant based in Grimes, IA. The Leasing Consultant will handle leasing responsibilities, support lease administration, and assist with resident retention efforts. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective residents, explaining leasing terms, maintaining excellent customer service, and addressing resident inquiries promptly. The role also includes ensuring a positive living experience for all residents while meeting property occupancy goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in leases and lease administration
Experience in resident retention and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in property management software and other relevant technology is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management or real estate preferred
