What You’ll Be Doing Think of yourself as the
face of the property —you’re the one making first impressions and closing the deal.
Show apartments and help people find their perfect home
Answer calls, texts, and emails (yes, we move fast )
Follow up with leads and turn tours into leases
Help with applications, leases, and move-ins
Keep current residents happy and engaged
Jump in on marketing efforts like social media + events
Be part of a team that’s focused on hitting goals and celebrating wins
What We’re Looking For No need to be a leasing pro—we’ll teach you what you need to know. We’re more focused on
personality and hustle .
Outgoing, friendly, and confident talking to people
Great communication skills (texting, calling, in-person)
Organized and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Comfortable with tech (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Previous customer service or sales experience = a plus
High school diploma required; college students or recent grads encouraged to apply
