NCR Radiant Consultant

Act as final escalation (L3) for NCR Radiant POS production issues.

Perform deep RCA (code, config, data) and deliver permanent fixes.

Debug and implement code‑level fixes / minor enhancements in Radiant.

Support POS patches, upgrades, and version uplifts (impact + validation).

Coordinate with NCR/vendor teams for product defects and fixes.

Troubleshoot POS integrations (back‑office, fuel, payments, loyalty).

Maintain L3 runbooks/SOPs and support KT to L2 teams.

Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI and Managed Services governance

Required Skills

Strong hands‑on experience with NCR Radiant POS (L3).

Solid understanding of convenience/fuel retail store operations.

Code debugging, SQL, logs, and POS configuration expertise.

Experience in ITIL‑based Managed Services environments.

Experience 8–12+ years in POS support / engineering roles.
