Role Description This is a role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in San Diego, CA. The role will be an independent contractor position, with the salesperson / broker commission split structure to be negotiated. Pay is fully commission based, no minimum no maximum. The role is remote based, with expectations of driving to properties and in person meetings as needed. This role will be focused on sales (buyer's agent, seller's agent) in San Diego County. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, conducting property showings, preparing and negotiating contracts, and staying up to date on local market trends. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with real property inquiries.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License required to meet the legal qualifications for this role
Experience with Real Estate processes and knowledge of real property principles
Customer Service and Sales skills to build lasting client relationships and meet business objectives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Familiarity with the San Diego real estate market is highly beneficial
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings and client meetings
