Kroll Property Tax, a service offering of Kroll, LLC, assists clients with compliance services as well as identifying tax saving opportunities. The Mail Automation Group (MAGi) is the heart of our compliance team and is usually the first and last touch of documents.

Note: This position is located in Richardson, TX and is in office every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities As a Mail Automation Group Analyst in Property Tax, duties will include the following:

Work with MAGi team to ensure all tasks are completed by assigned deadlines

Perform daily sorting and scanning of high-volume inbound mail

Process high-volume outgoing mail

Ensure the accuracy of data pulled from documents electronically

Research documents to determine their proper routing

Work with tax compliance groups on special projects

Maintain proof-of-mailing documents

File original scanned documents

Maintain mail room equipment and place trouble tickets when needed

Future duties could include pick-up and delivery of mail at designated local post office and courier location

Perform other related duties as directed by MAGi leadership

Essential traits

Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers and clients

Working knowledge of personal computer and multiple software applications used in job functions, including MS Excel and MS Word

Ability to collaborate with leads and other teammembers

Demonstrate the ability to obtain technical expertise in the managed field

Ability to problem solve and make educated decisions

Dependable, responsive, and on-time for in-office duties

Prior knowledge of property tax or mortgage industry compliance helpful

Eligible to become a Texas Notary Public

High school diploma or greater education required. Prior work experience in mail room services desired
