
Portfolio Solutions Consultant

Position Summary
Portfolio Solutions Consultants demonstrate how Adobe's data and experience management solutions will solve the technical and business challenges of current clients and prospects within a specific vertical. This is a technical pre‑sales position and requires solid technical background of experience management solutions, spanning data management, journey management and marketing automation, decisioning, and analytics. Through compelling discussions, presentations, and live demos, your job will be to simplify the complex, and be a credible, trusted advisor to both marketing and IT executives for Adobe Experience Platform and its application services. Core to this role is the application of Adobe's AI and agentic strategy within pre‑sales cycles, helping our enterprise clients understand the value Adobe's AI offerings and how our differentiated suite of agents allow them to achieve key business goals.
Responsibilities
Working collaboratively alongside the sales and technical pre‑sales ecosystem to deliver compelling, industry‑specific and customer‑centric presentations on our data and experience management solutions, as well as tangential AI agents in the data and experience management space
Provide seamless cross‑solution demos spanning our solution portfolio
Develop an authoritative, technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, its applications, and corresponding AI agents
Maintain a keen familiarity of the experience management space, including trends, insights, and strengths and weaknesses of competitive solutions
Keep up‑to‑date on trends and developments around generative and other AI capabilities and their impact the data and experience management ecosystem
Requirements
Deep knowledge of Adobe data solutions, or tangential data solutions in the experience management space
Strong grasp on AI trends and agentic strategies with familiarity translating those trends & strategies to meet business goals
Fluent in enterprise product, solution, and technology strategies
Ability to communicate complex platform‑level ideas and concepts effectively
Experience presenting to VP+, and C‑level clients and customers
Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Experience or high‑level knowledge of Adobe content and planning solutions is a plus
Project management skills in delivering solutions on time that regularly exceed customer needs
High degree of emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
6‑8 years of experience in a client‑facing capacity in the data management and experience management space
Practitioner or prior demo experience with tangential data solutions in the experience management space

Expected Pay Range Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,200 – $289,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $199,600 - $289,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
