What You’ll Do Business Development
Prospect and generate new mid‑to‑large market employer clients
Develop centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys, HR consultants, etc.)
Lead discovery meetings to uncover client goals, pain points, and workforce challenges
Present and position comprehensive benefits strategies
Drive consistent pipeline activity and close new revenue opportunities
Client Consulting
Serve as strategic advisor to clients on health & welfare, ancillary, and voluntary benefits
Collaborate with internal service teams on implementation and renewals
Guide clients through market trends, compliance updates, and funding strategies
Deliver annual stewardship and renewal presentations
Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
Market Strategy
Stay current on carrier products, funding arrangements, and compliance regulations
Leverage data to design competitive and cost‑effective programs
Differentiate the brokerage through value‑added consulting and thought leadership
