Skills and Requirements 7+ years’ experience in both new, single and multifamily construction required, in the role of Site

Superintendent

Relevant educational courses or degree in Construction preferred

Proficiency in reading and interpreting a Microsoft Project schedule

Experience with cloud-based Construction Management software (ie. Autodesk Construction Cloud)

Experience using online communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams

Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and digital organization of project communication

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and principles.

Demonstrated understanding of health and safety practices in residential construction

OSHA health and safety training highly preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites

High degree of professionalism required with exceptional communication skills

Aptitude for learning new technical and sustainable building practices and software
