About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2006 after graduating from Central Washington University, spending many years as a corporate auditor, and gaining hands‑on experience working for a State Farm agent. Today, our team includes six members, and we’ve built a reputation for strong relationships, trusted service, and deep community involvement.
I’ve been married for 36 years and have four grown children, and my family’s love for staying active and traveling has shaped the way I view balance, teamwork, and resilience. Giving back is an important part of our identity—we support local schools, food banks, small businesses, and I serve on the board for the Trauma Intervention Program.
Our team enjoys bonus opportunities, regular celebrations, long holiday breaks, early closures on Fridays, and even special outings — this year, I’m taking our team to a spa and vineyard as a thank‑you for their dedication. We also offer a 401k, health benefits, and licensing reimbursement. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, positive, responsible, coachable, and has a strong work ethic. For the right person, this is a place where you’ll feel appreciated, supported, and part of something genuinely meaningful.
