Position Position:
Leasing Professional Location:
Danbury Court - Bloomington, IL Office Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate:
$15-20/hour (based on experience), plus commissions and incentives
Who You Are
1+ years of experience leasing in multifamily housing or sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Yardi software knowledge (preferred).
Tax Credit experience (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service abilities.
Meticulous with strong time management and multitasking skills.
Experience in showing properties, overseeing lease negotiations, and managing application processes.
Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis.
Cheerful outlook with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with maintaining and managing social media platforms.
Willing to submit to drug and background checks upon receiving a job offer.
What You'll Do
Meet with prospective residents, highlight model apartments, and discuss community amenities.
Manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and follow-up correspondence in Yardi.
Help with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications.
Ensure smooth move-in processes and property readiness.
Maintain the perfect condition of models, target apartments, and market-ready vacancies.
Conduct market surveys, shop competition, and contribute to creative property marketing.
Assist with property bookkeeping, reports, paperwork, newsletters, and administrative work.
Manage social media presence and assist in organizing resident activities.
