In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.

The Opportunity As part of the Valuations team you are expected to utilize and apply key valuation methodologies for business entities and intangible assets, including Income, Market, and Asset/Cost approaches. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for conducting in-depth client, industry, and market research, and collaborating with team members in a dynamic environment.

Delivering thorough valuation analysis and reports

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Finance, Economics and Finance

7 years of experience

Utilizing and applying key valuation methodologies

Understanding of accounting, corporate finance, valuation, economics

Conducting in-depth client, industry, and market research

Demonstrating commercial/business acumen and industry experience

Collaborating with team members in a dynamic environment

Analyzing and challenging business/model assumptions

Applying know-how of financial reporting standards

Managing and prioritizing issues based on significance and risk

CFA or ASA

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
