As an
Advisor III in Labor & Employee Relations , you will provide specialized guidance, support, and expertise to help leaders navigate complex workplace matters. This role blends strategic problem-solving with hands‑on partnership to maintain positive labor relationships, ensure consistent application of policies, and strengthen organizational performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead labor and employee relations activities by analyzing workplace issues, assessing needs, and identifying underlying causes to guide effective resolution.
Support collective bargaining processes, participate in union negotiations, and serve as a primary point of contact for union representatives.
Manage grievance procedures, including but not limited to representing the company in grievance hearings, and preparing documentation in advance of and in response to grievance hearings.
Investigate workplace policy violations, gather and evaluate information, draft corrective action documents, and advise leaders on ways to resolve issues impacting morale, productivity, and performance.
Provide expert advice on the interpretation and application of CBAs, policies, and procedures while helping leaders build capability in managing employee relations.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure consistent HR processes, support strategic HR initiatives, and participate in special projects.
What You’ll Bring – Required
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Bachelor's degree
3 or more years of experience in employee/labor relations or equivalent experience in Human Resources
Experience handling workplace investigations, grievances, or labor‑related casework
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, or J.D.
Labor relations experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience participating in labor negotiations
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Broad HR technical expertise and systems knowledge
Ability to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and manage complex situations independently
Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $121,500 - $148,500.
