Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Financial Representative located in Fishers, IN. The Financial Representative will work closely with clients to develop personalized financial plans, analyze financial goals, and provide tailored strategies in areas such as investments, retirement planning, and insurance. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, planning portfolios, developing investment solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaboration with other professionals and ongoing education will be integral to success in the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
Knowledge of Insurance and related services
Understanding of Finance and Investments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to analyze complex financial data and create tailored strategies for clients
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Licensing in financial services or willingness to obtain necessary certifications
