passionate, skilled, and energetic Bartenders

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment/utensils and restocking supplies.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Requirements/Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/bar
Strong knowledge of
classic and contemporary cocktails
Passion for hospitality and guest connection
Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients a plus
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to multi-task
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
