What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
Conduct phone-based pre‑screening interviews to assess eligibility for clinical trials
Provide detailed information about studies and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule onsite screening visits for qualified patients within established guidelines
Maintain compliance with standardized patient enrollment processes and HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma (or equivalent) required; professional medical certification or degree preferred
At least 1 year of inbound/outbound call center or public‑facing customer service experience required
Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT is strongly preferred
Highly developed communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and utilize new software and technology effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or familiarity with medical terminology
Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex information clearly to the public
