We are seeking an energetic and driven
Personal Lines Sales Agent
to join our team. In this role, you will focus on helping individuals and families find the right insurance solutions for their homes, autos, and other personal needs. You’ll have the support of our agency’s strong carrier relationships, proven processes, and marketing resources, while enjoying the freedom to grow your own book of business. Key Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, community involvement, and agency-provided leads. Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right coverage for home, auto, renters, umbrella, and other personal lines products. Present and explain policy options in a clear, professional, and client-friendly manner. Manage the entire sales process — quoting, proposing, closing, and onboarding new clients. Provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities. Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and industry trends. Qualifications
Active state insurance license in Property & Casualty Previous sales experience (insurance or related industry preferred, but not required). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
