Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator is an entry level position into the plants scheduling, production reporting, and inventory management area of plant operations.
Job Summary At entry level, employee will be responsible for learning all aspects of product production reporting. Immediate training will be hands on under close supervision with gradually increasing responsibilities and expectations.
Work Environment Employee can expect to perform work both in an office setting and in the production areas of the plant. As such, employee will need to daily wear appropriate shoes, clothing and all assigned safety equipment for working in a production area of the plant environment. (non-climate controlled).
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Review and accurately input production summaries of production runs.
Verifies all data on production sheets for accuracy and completeness
Scan completed production sheets into system
Assist production personnel with printing of Black Boxes and tags when needed
Access inventory system to troubleshoot problems with production sheets
Assists with Inventory counts as needed
Perform other duties as required
Related jobs The production clerk works closely with and will cross train into production scheduling and will perform both duties as business needs require.
Qualifications
Minimum high school graduate with experience in business or office procedures
Minimum six months of experience in an office environment
Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications such as: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Starting Base Pay: $18.00
