Position Summary Alca Corp is seeking an experienced and results-driven

B2B Sales Manager

to lead revenue growth across our bulk ingredient and retail product lines.

This role requires a commercially strong professional with a deep understanding of the food & beverage industry, B2B ingredient sales cycles, and customer relationship management. The Sales Manager will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and coordinate closely with internal teams and international production facilities to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hand‑on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities Revenue & Account Management

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts including large food manufacturers, distributors, retail chains, and private label buyers.

Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross‑selling, and strategic relationship development.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target segments.

Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and manage margin performance.

Product & Market Leadership

Promote and sell Alca’s portfolio of tropical ingredients (purees, concentrates, IQF, frozen, aseptic) and retail/private label products.

Understand commodity trends, supply chain dynamics, and competitive positioning.

Provide market feedback to support product development and sourcing strategy.

Cross-Functional & International Coordination

Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution.

Communicate directly with production facilities and partners in Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Guatemala to align sales forecasts with production planning.

Monitor order status from production through shipment and ensure customer expectations are met.

Sales Planning & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management and forecasting.

Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the VP of Sales.

Participate in annual budgeting and sales planning processes.

Trade & Industry Engagement

Participate together with the Sales team at key trade shows and industry events (Expo West, Anuga, SIAL, PLMA, AFFI, etc).

Build and maintain industry relationships to expand market presence.

Qualifications ·Fluency in Spanish (required).

·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or related field preferred.

·5+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry.

·Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients.

·Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, retail chains, and/or private label customers.

·Exposure to both ingredient sales and retail/CPG channels preferred.

·Strong understanding of supply chain coordination and international sourcing.

·CRM proficiency and strong forecasting discipline.

·Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
