ABOUT THE ROLE The
Graphic Designer
plays a key role in bringing ideas to life across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints. This is a hands‑on design role for someone who is comfortable moving between concepting and execution, brand and production, consumer and B2B.
You will work across advertising, brand systems, digital experiences, and packaging, partnering closely with creative, strategy, media, and development teams. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes pride in craft, and can adapt quickly across formats and audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES This role spans concepting, execution, and production support across channels.
Brand & advertising design:
Create visual assets for ad campaigns, brand systems, and marketing initiatives across digital and print
Production design:
Execute high‑volume, detail‑driven production work while maintaining brand consistency
Print & digital deliverables:
Design assets including paid media, websites, landing pages, emails, sales materials, and presentations
Consumer & B2B work:
Adapt creative approaches based on audience, channel, and business context
UX collaboration:
Support UX‑informed design for websites and digital experiences, partnering with developers and UX leads
Packaging support:
Contribute to packaging design and production, including layout, revisions, and print‑ready files
Animation support:
Design assets for motion and light animation; animation experience is a strong plus
Cross‑team collaboration:
Partner closely with creative leadership, account teams, media, and development
File prep & handoff:
Ensure designs are production‑ready with proper specs, versioning, and organization
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS This role requires a strong design foundation with broad, real‑world application.
Experience level:
5–10 years of professional graphic design experience
Design breadth:
Demonstrated experience across print, digital, brand, and production work
Consumer & B2B:
Proven ability to design for both consumer‑facing brands and B2B audiences
UX familiarity:
Experience working within or alongside UX frameworks and digital builds preferred
Packaging exposure:
Prior packaging design or production experience strongly preferred
Animation exposure:
Experience with motion graphics or animated assets is a plus
Tool proficiency:
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience preferred
Executional rigor:
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Communication skills:
Able to receive and apply feedback efficiently in a collaborative environment
