We are partnering with a well-established and growing
title insurance underwriter
seeking an associate to join the team in a unique
Agency Representative
role as the company moves into the Ohio market.
This is a
rare opportunity
that blends
relationship management, agency development, and underwriting support —ideal for someone with experience in title, real estate, or settlement work who enjoys working closely with agents, attorneys, and industry partners. The position plays a key role in supporting and expanding the company’s Ohio agency network.
Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new independent title agents throughout Ohio
Support and grow the existing agency network
Help provide underwriting guidance and support to agents and settlement professionals
Promote underwriting services through one-on-one meetings, presentations, and educational programs
Partner with Underwriting Counsel on complex title matters and policy questions
Build strong relationships with title agents, real estate attorneys, and industry professionals
Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, and conferences
Assist with marketing initiatives, including seminars, webinars, and educational programs
Qualifications
Experience in title insurance, real estate law, or the real estate industry
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Ohio
Active membership in the Ohio Bar, a plus
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus ($70,000-120,000, DOE and admission to the Bar)
