Job Description
Media and Digital Manager (EPDM) Key responsibilities — Media
Lead day-to-day media and digital implementation with local marketing teams (excluding UK), working closely with Carat and Kitchen; focus on Germany as a priority market.
Manage productivity across EPDM markets through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Support development of media briefs for Germany, BLX and Nordics.
Lead the audit process across EPDM markets, with primary focus on Germany.
Work with Kitchen & Carat teams on always-on social activity (Smartly).
Support JBP realisation by collecting data and feedback from markets and developing a test‑and‑learn agenda, including implementation of AI‑powered solutions.
Key responsibilities — Cross‑team working and other areas
Work closely with the wider Marketing and PODs teams to implement the EPDM strategy.
Ensure key campaign messages are consistently used and maximised across media and digital channels.
Support excellence and capability building through a media training agenda.
Working relationships and stakeholders
Internal: Local marketing teams across EPDM markets, wider Marketing & PODs teams.
External: Carat and Kitchen agencies/partners, other external stakeholders supporting media execution.
