As a Marketing Transformation Product Owner in the Intake and Workflow team, you define the vision and translate marketer needs into simple, activation‑ready requirements that power scalable campaigns. You partner across technology, marketing, design, data, and controls to build catalog‑aware intake patterns, embed governance, and enable AI‑assisted recommendations with minimal manual effort. You lead roadmaps, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment‑creating structure amid ambiguity and delivering consistent customer experiences at scale.

As a Product Owner, define the vision and translate marketer needs into simple, activation‑ready requirements that power scalable campaigns. Partner across technology, marketing, design, data, and controls to build catalog‑aware intake patterns, embed governance, and enable AI‑assisted recommendations with minimal manual effort. Lead roadmaps, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment‑creating structure amid ambiguity and delivering consistent customer experiences at scale.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear product vision that integrates strategies with catalogs and libraries for offer, audience, and journey enablement.

Serve as the voice of the marketer; translate needs into actionable, consistent product requirements.

Own and prioritize the backlog; align features to the Card Marketing Transformation roadmap for maximum value.

Lead cross‑functional squads to define problem statements, goals, baselines, success measures, and requirements.

Design catalog‑aware intake patterns with pre‑population and guardrails to reduce rework across Card products.

Enable AI‑assisted recommendations to produce campaign‑ready requirements and identify performance opportunities.

Stand up new capabilities and ways of working on a single orchestration platform; ensure strategies are configurable and activatable.

Drive end‑to‑end delivery across conception, planning, requirements, solutioning, governance, and decision‑making.

Facilitate ideation across design, technology, and data; consolidate inputs into a single prioritized solution.

Maintain analytical rigor across risks, dependencies, and workstreams during roadmap execution.

Create compelling status updates and executive summaries; communicate via clear, impactful storytelling.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5+ years in marketing technology, data integration, or program management.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling; able to influence across a matrixed organization.

Analytical mindset that challenges the status quo and creates structure in ambiguous environments.

Strong collaboration skills with a team‑first orientation, humility, and professionalism.

Familiarity with agile practices and tools (Confluence, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Microsoft Teams).

Deep understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle and performance measurement.

Ability to turn data insights into opportunities and translate them into clear requirements.

End‑to‑end program delivery across complex, cross‑functional initiatives; adept at managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Skill in building governance, controls, and transparency; comfortable at the intersection of technology, marketing, design, data, and controls.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience with personalization programs that scale across lines of business.

Background in catalog, library, or orchestration platform design.

Exposure to AI‑assisted recommendations and agentic workflows.

Knowledge of intake patterns and guardrail design for compliance and quality.

Experience leading ideation workshops and journey enablement.

Strong executive presentation skills; ability to craft clear narratives.

Familiarity with measurement frameworks for time‑to‑market and campaign impact.
