Role Description
Own and execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital channels Design and produce high-quality visual assets (ads, sales materials, landing pages, presentations) Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, retargeting, etc.) to drive qualified leads Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives to increase organic visibility Manage all social media channels with a focus on engagement and lead generation Administer and optimize HubSpot (workflows, campaigns, reporting, lead tracking) Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels Partner closely with sales to align messaging, campaigns, and pipeline goals Track, analyze, and report on performance (traffic, conversions, CPL, ROI) Continuously test and improve campaigns, creatives, and messaging Qualifications
Strong graphic design capabilities (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) Proven experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies Experience managing and growing social media presence for a business Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform) 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role Experience in B2B, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
