
Enrollment Marketing Specialist

Overview
This position supports the university’s enrollment marketing and recruitment efforts by assisting with the development and distribution of marketing materials and maintaining admissions‑related website content. The role works closely with the Enrollment Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure prospective undergraduate, graduate, online and international students receive clear, accurate and engaging information about university programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters and flyers.
Proofread content to ensure accuracy and alignment with university branding.
Help implement marketing strategies that support student recruitment, with a greater emphasis on graduate and international student recruitment.
Collaborate with campus departments to gather current information and coordinate messaging across multiple platforms.
Support updates to admissions web pages by submitting content requests, reviewing pages for outdated information or broken links, and recommending improvements to page content and layout.
Work under the guidance of Enrollment Marketing leadership to ensure all materials and updates follow university standards and branding guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Preferred experience supporting graduate and/or international student recruitment marketing.
Experience with graduate‑level audiences, international recruitment or related marketing initiatives is preferred.
