Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for a detailed and results-oriented leader to become a part of our global Information Technology team as the Principal Enterprise Architect.

Our mission in Sales & Marketing Solutions is to deliver a best‑class and technically credible digital experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle, scale digital selling to the mass market, and accelerate sales and marketing through digitization and personalization.
As the Principal Enterprise Architect within the Digital Experience Solutions group, you will be a technical leader responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategy across platforms and responsible for delivering architecture patterns and best practices that are simple, secure, modular and scalable to achieve business outcomes. This role will also be a critical contributor for our multi-year technology transformation and cloud journey. This is a
hands‑on architecture leadership role
and will ensure architecture is
secure, scalable, well‑modeled, interoperable, and fit for both operational and analytical use , while enabling domain teams to deliver independently.
The Principal Enterprise Architect influences through
technical authority, standards, and partnership , working closely with domain engineering teams, platform teams, analytics, and security.
The ideal candidate will bring in well‑rounded expertise around software development, including industry awareness of web technologies, frameworks, secure and scalable architecture, and back‑end services. Sharp focus on execution, organization, and efficiency is critical for this role, including decision making around strategic staffing, cost, and skills. The ability to develop and drive technical strategy and lead effectively cross‑functionally is critical.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain Digital Experience Solution’s enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
Lead the design of modular, scalable, and innovative solutions that address current and future business needs.
Lead delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives such as cloud migration, IT modernization, and vendor integration delivering measurable business outcomes.
Be the architecture expert guiding high‑performing team of architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance to ensure consistent architectural practices across portfolios.
Leverage market trends and knowledge of full stack development architecture to develop and drive technical strategy.
Build a positive and inclusive work environment with transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Effectively partner with org and cross-org leaders to strategically drive successful results.
Identify and resolve problems with urgency and proactively solve issues ahead of time.
Ensure ongoing compliance with IT Security policies and procedures and leverage data‑driven decision‑making.
