**Position Title:**

Associate Director, Software Test Engineering (Princeton, NJ)* Partner with various internal (Otsuka Precision Health, Inc.) and business stakeholders to identify gaps, and improvement opportunities in the testing process to drive software product quality and compliance throughout the software development process.* Maintain and continuously improve the test/quality assurance aspects of the software (mobile, web and cloud) engineering department's Agile development process.* Lead, coach/mentor a team of QA managers and engineers on both functional and systems integration teams to be high-performing members of an Agile/Scrum team.* Select tools to improve the Agile development process and define best practices and workflows to be implemented by the QA organization. This includes the process for defining test cases, test suites, and test cases suitable for automation. Maintain and enhance the current test automation process to meet the goal of efficient release of high-quality software.* Partner with the internal stakeholders and Otsuka Precision Health, Inc. leadership team during the project planning phase to identify the test methodologies, process, tools and technologies as well as resource planning to achieve project deliverables with high quality.* Provide the necessary leadership and support to QA Managers and test engineers, initiate task assignment, task prioritization, career growth and constructive feedback/inputs during 1/1 meetings and performance cycles.* Cultivate and manage relationships across test, development, product, scrum, compliance, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders.* Serve as the point of contact to support all the testing activities at the organizational level with the internal and external cross-functional groups.* Remote work is permissible.* 5% domestic travel.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.* Ten (10) years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.* Three (3) years of experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.* Two (2) years of experience working on test automation tools such as Appium, Espresso or XCUITest, etc.* Two (2) years of experience implementing test automation for Android and IOS.* Two (2) years of experience identifying and designing platform/architecture of various test automation frameworks for mobile, web and cloud applications.* Two (2) years of experience implementing Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and/or Test-Driven Development (TDD).* One (1) year of experience managing onshore or offshore Software QA or Test Engineers.**Compensation:** $200,000 to $250,000 per year + benefits package (employer provided insurance, paid time off, 401(k), etc.)**Apply to:**

Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum.
