full-time Experienced Sales Manager

to help us! In this leadership role, you won't be stuck behind a desk all day; you'll be out in the field, engaging with your sales team and providing them with the coaching they need to meet their targets and close deals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work

between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday , with some potential for Saturday work between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm

Ability to work in our office and out in the field with the team

5+ years of experience in sales

2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role

Experience with B2C/D2D selling

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER You'll split your time working in our office and getting out in the field, supporting our business development efforts and guiding your team of sales reps in making connections and closing deals. You'll motivate the reps, provide coaching, and set goals aligned with our company's targets. Responsibilities include:

Driving revenue growth and maintaining a high-performance culture

Coaching your team in sales tips and tricks and helping them meet their targets

Creating and maintaining a network of industry professionals, suppliers, and construction/renovation-related companies

Using analytics tools to track performance trends and create reports
