Responsabilità principali
Guidare e sviluppare i team Analytics e Data in Italia
Deliverare soluzioni di analytics, data e cloud per i clienti
Lavorare con i clienti per comprendere il loro business e tradurre i dati in azioni concrete
Supportare la crescita commerciale attraverso pitch, proposte e contributo strategico
Costruire e mantenere relazioni con partner chiave (es. Google)
Garantire qualità e puntualità nella delivery dei progetti
Essere il punto di escalation per clienti e team
Supportare hiring, mentoring e sviluppo del team
Monitorare performance, pipeline e risultati
Cosa cerchiamo
Forte esperienza in marketing analytics e data
Esperienza pratica con strumenti come Google Analytics, BigQuery o simili
Ottima conoscenza di SQL e di almeno un linguaggio (Python o R)
Esperienza con strumenti di data visualisation (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Esperienza nell’analisi di media data (Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager, ecc.) e attivazione dei dati verso piattaforme advertising
Capacità di semplificare analisi complesse in insight chiari e utili
Esperienza nella gestione o mentoring di team
Nice to have
Esperienza con Google Cloud Platform
Esperienza con dataset complessi e ambienti data enterprise

The Role We are looking for a Martech Director to lead our Analytics and Data capabilities in Italy.
This role combines
hands-on expertise ,
team leadership , and
business growth . You will work closely with clients to turn data into actionable insights while building and developing a strong local team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Analytics and Data teams in Italy
Deliver analytics, data, and cloud solutions for clients
Work closely with clients to understand their business and translate data into clear actions
Support business growth through pitches, proposals, and strategic input
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (e.g. Google)
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects
Act as the escalation point for client or team issues
Support hiring, mentoring, and team development
Monitor performance, pipeline, and results
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in marketing analytics and data
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, or similar
Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience working with media data (Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager, etc.) and activating data into advertising platforms
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
Experience managing or mentoring teams
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments
