Duties
Provide operational support for day‑to‑day business activities for the Product Release Team (PRT) and Product Data Supervisor.
Assign item/catalog numbers and input & maintain relevant data in the ERP system.
Provide technical support to perform data analysis and preparation that contribute to data reporting and overall data integrity.
Ensure all item‑related data is available in the necessary systems and legal entities.
Help with process improvement and automation initiatives.
Skills
Database entry or management experience (1+ year)
Microsoft Excel ERP (1+ year hands‑on experience preferred)
Jet Report/Power BI SQL (or understanding of if/then logic‑based statements)
PIM/MDM (preferred)
Attention to detail, critical thinking
Works well in a team environment, good communication
Knowledge of the biotech industry, biology, and/or immunology (preferred)
Knowledge of manufacturing practices and bills of material (preferred)
Education Bachelor's degree (completed or completing soon) in any major (focus on data or biology preferred)
