
Content & Brand Marketing Specialist

Awardco is seeking a Content and Brand Marketing Specialist to strengthen and scale brand presence across social, digital, and community channels. This role is highly cross‑functional and hands‑on, combining strategy, execution, and storytelling to drive awareness, build credibility, and fuel growth.
What you’ll do:
Own Awardco's social media strategy and execution
Create engaging content across multiple channels with an emphasis on LinkedIn
Report on social media performance using available tools
Manage external brand presence: update vendor profiles, oversee review platforms, and maintain industry listings
Research, propose, and pursue opportunities that elevate Awardco's brand—awards, partnerships, and thought leadership placements
Build and maintain community and sponsor relationships, including high‑visibility partnerships (e.g., Utah Jazz)
Represent and support brand initiatives at select events
Define success metrics and report on brand performance
Collaborate with the Director of Content and broader marketing team to align brand storytelling with overall strategy
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience in brand, social media, or PR
Proven ability to build and execute social media strategy with measurable results
Strong writing and research skills; ability to translate complex ideas into compelling copy
Background in video creation, editing, and static graphic design a major plus
Experience and comfort as on-camera talent for social videos and hosting webinars
Knowledge of digital, social, and industry trends with a proactive approach to staying ahead
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and adaptable—comfortable pivoting quickly with optimism
Track record of ownership and results, with attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to self‑manage projects from beginning to end using project management tools
Ability to consistently embody Awardco's voice: clear, creative, and engaging
A desire to lead with kindness, recognize the good, and work together to achieve great results
