What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, addressing insurance inquiries

Resolve customer concerns diligently and elevate issues to the appropriate level when necessary

Provide efficient and effective communication to meet customer needs

Strive for first call resolution to deliver “best in class” service

Stay current on procedures and guidelines to meet department standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus

Bilingual in English/Spanish required

Property/Casualty Insurance License required

Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales/service experience

Strong technical skills and ability to multitask in various systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working in a fast-paced team environment

Proven track record of providing a positive customer experience

Previous remote working experience

Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance records
