Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently, be highly organized with a proven capacity to multi-task, exhibit excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate, and have a professional demeanor. Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word & Excel) desired.

Field Sales Engineer
to support and grow our customer base in the Wisconsin region. You do
NOT
need to reside in Milwaukee to be considered for this position. An ideal candidate will have proven Technical Sales experience that drives business growth and/or strong hands‑on machining experience applying cutting tools across a variety of workpiece materials, along with CNC programming experience (manual and CAM systems). A minimum of five (5) years of experience is required in either technical sales or CNC machining/programming. Prior sales experience in cutting tool industry is a significant advantage. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel (approximately 70–80%) throughout your assigned territory, with a primary focus on in‑person customer visits, relationship building, and driving sales growth. This is an exempt position offering a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus a commission structure with strong earning potential. We provide the tools you need to succeed, including a company‑issued vehicle with full maintenance program, a company phone, and a comprehensive benefits package. Successful candidates are self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
