Responsibilities
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Consistently reach out and follow‑up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Be a leader
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with lead opportunities in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Convert calls to appointments
Work as part of a team in an environment of support and friendly competition
Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
Negotiate on behalf of your buyer
Negotiate with all owners on the seller’s behalf, setting time limits for loan approval and closing date
Consistently network and market to prospects for new customers
Can work from home, office, or the field
Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales
Present purchase offers to sellers
Educate clients on key specifics of their home‑selling/buying experience
Prepare an "Area Market Conditions Report" to establish the market value
Be a Self‑Starter
Come prepared to learn and contribute to the team
Desire and ability to learn new ways of doing business to serve clients at the highest level
Bring a positive attitude
Enjoy working in an environment of abundance
Qualifications
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Organized and manages time effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Driven, self‑motivated and desires professional growth
An Arizona Real Estate License is required
