We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team on-site in Brooklyn, NY. The Account Manager will cultivate and manage client relationships, assess customers' energy needs, and identify the best utility options or renewable energy solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, providing exceptional customer support, and closing sales. You will also work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and exceed client satisfaction expectations. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients Experience in customer relationship management and delivering excellent customer service Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and closing techniques Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and utility rate plans is a plus Time management and organizational skills to manage a diverse workload efficiently Proactive problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused approach Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Location: Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Dumbo)

Compensation: Paid Training, and $21.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
