The Role This isn't a role for someone who needs a warm list handed to them.
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive
who has spent years selling into TA and HR leaders at high‑growth tech companies — and has the relationships, the conference circuit credibility, and the hunger to prove it. You know the names. You've been in the rooms. You understand why a VP of TA at a Series C SaaS company is drowning in req load and why their current ATS isn't solving it.
Your target accounts are high‑growth, engineering‑led product companies that hire aggressively and demand quality from across the stack of employees, engineers, sales, marketing, support, customer success etc.
You'll own the full cycle: build pipeline from scratch, run consultative discovery, demo JayT, and close. No SDR safety net. No hand‑holding. Just you, a great product, and a market that's ready.
What You'll Do
Build and own a pipeline at growth‑stage tech product companies from the ground up
Leverage your existing network of TA Directors, Heads of Recruiting, and CHROs at tech companies to open doors fast
Deliver tailored, consultative demos of JayT Avatar, Copilot, and Debrief to TA and HR buyers
Represent JobTwine at HRTech conferences, recruiting summits, and industry events
Feed market intelligence back to CEO to sharpen ICP, messaging, and product roadmap
Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets; help define the playbook for this segment
What We're Looking For
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience , with meaningful time selling
HR Tech, recruiting technology, or talent acquisition platforms
A genuine
rolodex of TA and HR leaders
at tech companies — people who will take your call because they know you, not because you cold‑emailed them
Active presence and credibility in the
HRTech ecosystem
— you've worked the conference circuit (HR Tech Conference, RecFest, Talent Connect, SHRMTech, etc.)
Full‑cycle seller
— you've built pipeline from zero and closed it without relying on heavy SDR or marketing support
Deep fluency in the
TA buyer's world : ATS workflows, recruiter capacity constraints, hiring manager frustration, time‑to‑fill pressure
Consultative, insight‑driven selling style — you challenge assumptions, you don't just pitch features
Proficiency with modern sales tools: HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Apollo
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and storytelling ability
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
