Key Account Manager

Consult are partnered with a leading manufacturer within the medical technology space. A category creator who have gone on to shape the industry and have cemented themselves as the number one manufacturer worldwide.

The business are expanding and are looking to add a Key account Manager to the team to manage and grow major accounts within the DACH region. You will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for defining and implementing commercial strategies.

Key Tasks:

Advising key accounts on digital solutions, growth & process optimization.

Achieve quarterly and year-based revenue targets.

Building & maintaining relationships with top customers and KOLs.

Development of customer-specific programs and solutions.

Management of a defined customer portfolio + acquisition of new high-potential accounts.

Creation and implementation of strategic account plans.Use of data & analytics to support decision-making.

Product training

Close collaboration with internal teams & coordination of resources.

Independent work & at least 3 days of field service per week.

Your skills and expertise

Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification.

At least 7 years of B2B sales experience (ideally MedTech, Dental, Devices).

Business-Know-how (ROI, Cashflow, P&L).

Ability to have clinical conversations.

Very good MS Office skills; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Valid driver's license & high willingness to travel.
