HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Project execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
Client contact; assist Business Leadership with managing the relationship and expectations in line with agency philosophy
Manage components of events, including activities, staff, reporting, and post‑event activities
Build a thorough understanding of client business
Use agency tools to convey all necessary information (Terms & Conditions, Purchase Orders, production job starts)
Provide relevant job information to team members timely
Develop working knowledge of agency capabilities
Participate in management of project financials in accordance with agency policy
Establish effective relationships across multi‑disciplinary teams
Utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
Mentor and manage junior team members, including temporary event staff
Negotiate event specifics with vendors and event organizers
Prepare reports for management and clients, detailing program specifics
Participate in concept development meetings of current and new marketing programs
Assist in budget and invoice management
Participate in event advance meetings
Support Momentum’s values
All other duties as assigned
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
5+ years of professional experience within the experiential marketing industry
Experience producing sustainable events preferred
Experience producing mobile tours and field marketing programs preferred
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills—Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Polished, professional demeanor; project confidence and enthusiasm for the business
Proven success in project management and handling multiple priorities
History of developing effective working relationships across a diverse team
Solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
Demonstrates understanding of branding and brand value
SALARY RANGE The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. The actual compensation will depend on market considerations, location, budget, tenure, and relevant experience.
