Job Summary This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

Job Description Base Pay: $35,105.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $79,105.00

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area.

Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.

Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively. Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations.

Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers.

Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.

Meet the physical requirements of the job, including walking or traveling door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.

Where applicable, obtain and maintain credentials and licenses necessary to sell or design alarm systems as required by law.

Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
