What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with the preparation and delivery of live and virtual sales training courses
Support new hire training programs, including coordination and learner engagement activities
Collaborate with team members to develop and update training content across multiple dental disciplines
Create and edit eLearning modules using instructional design tools
Help analyze learner feedback and training effectiveness data
What is Required (Qualifications)
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in sales, healthcare, or professional education
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with eLearning tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
Previous exposure to commercial training or instructional design
Background in healthcare or dental specialties
