Corporate Sales Trainer (Home Services) Spartan Floor Coatings Compensation:

$85,000–$125,000 Total Compensation (Base + Performance Bonus)

About Spartan Floor Coatings Spartan Floor Coatings is a growing concrete coating franchise brand with 18 franchise partners operating 40 territories across 11 states.

Our model is built on strong systems, hands-on training, and a performance-driven approach to business ownership. We work closely with our franchise partners to ensure they are equipped to operate, grow, and scale within their markets.

The Corporate Sales Trainer plays a key role in supporting franchise owners and their teams through onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development. This position is focused on real-world application — working directly with operators to strengthen sales execution, improve consistency, and reinforce standards across the network.

Initial franchise onboarding and in-person training Ongoing virtual coaching and support In-market visits to work directly with franchise locations

This role requires someone who understands how sales operates in the home services environment and can effectively coach both new and experienced operators.

Franchise Onboarding & Training Support and deliver in-person onboarding and training for new franchise owners and their teams Help ensure new locations are prepared to operate with confidence across sales and customer experience Ongoing Coaching & Support Provide ongoing virtual coaching and training to franchise owners and team members Support continued development through structured check-ins, training sessions, and performance reviews In-Market Field Support Travel to franchise locations (40–50%) to: Work directly with owners and sales team members Observe real-time execution in the field Provide hands-on coaching and feedback Help identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions

Performance & Standards Alignment Support franchisees in improving overall sales performance and consistency Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment across the network

3–5+ years in sales training, coaching, or leadership roles ~ Strong background in home services or in-home sales environments (flooring, coatings, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, etc.) ~ Owner-operators or franchise systems (preferred)

Sales-driven with a strong understanding of what drives performance in the field Strong execution from new franchise owners coming out of onboarding Improved consistency and performance across locations Clear adoption of systems, structure, and expectations Productive relationships with franchise owners and their teams
