Role Description As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and motivating a team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This part-time role involves coordinating daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring that customers receive unparalleled service. You will actively support in driving sales through excellent communication and proactive engagement with customers. This is an on-site position based in Spring, TX, where you’ll also assist in creating a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong Team Management skills to effectively train, mentor, and support team members.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Proven Sales experience, combined with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Previous retail experience and leadership roles are an advantage.
Passion for activewear and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and confidence.
Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail environment.
