What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers

Manage an assigned account portfolio, identifying high-potential prospects to support regional growth

Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance visibility and influence market perception

Identify client needs to uncover building and system inefficiencies and influence design specifications

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless transitions from sale to execution

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC/BAS Controls industry

At least 3 years of sales experience within the HVAC/BAS Controls industry

High School Diploma or GED

Valid and current Driver’s License

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in selling into the BAS/HVAC Controls Industry or pharmaceutical industry

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Previous leadership experience with the ability to motivate diverse teams

Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft 360 applications
