What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide direct support for the Clinical Tower's End User Sales Team
Interact with customers and assist in lead generation by triaging inquiries to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive
Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines
Update and maintain CRM systems, capturing new product inquiries
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Director
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of customer-facing experience
Highly effective oral and written communication skills
Understanding of sales processes and goals
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Five years of relevant work experience
CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
