
Account Manager
Xingyun Group, Italy, NY, United States
Develop and manage retail channels in Italy, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors. Report directly to the Country General Manager of Italy.
Participate in formulating and executing channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share across the Italian market.
Deeply understand retail industry trends and customer needs, providing customized supply chain solutions that drive client success.
Collaborate closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights, providing regular feedback to support business decisions and product optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with 2-3 years of channel sales experience in the retail/3C industry; experience working with international brands or supply chain companies is highly preferred. Fluency in Italian is required
(native or professional working proficiency); English language skills are a strong plus. Deep familiarity with the Italian retail market, with established channel resources and professional networks in the 3C industry. Excellent negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a collaborative, team-oriented spirit. Willingness to work in a cross-border environment and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. We Offer
