Your role on the team: (job description)
Acts as customer advocate within GEODIS
Ensure network collaboration in support of the customer
Offers value-added solutions and services
Partners with customer, and related parties, to improve overall supply chain structure
Provides fast track issue escalation and resolution
Anticipates and implements customer special requirements
Carries out joint planning activities
Business reviews (MBR / QBR)
Maintain SOP, customer tariff, and AR management
What you need: (requirements)
Minimum 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
