Account Executive (Facilities Management)
The Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between clients and service vendors, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service delivery. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within an assigned territory, building strong relationships, and ensuring client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will proactively coordinate with external vendors to schedule and oversee services, while maintaining regular communication with clients. Responsibilities
Seek ways to refine processes and introduce effective practices
Oversee adherence to company policies and industry standards in all client communications
Engage with internal teams to coordinate actions that support client objectives
Direct client account management to achieve satisfaction and retention
Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Coordinate with service vendors to schedule and oversee facilities management services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients, facilitating clear and effective communication between all parties involved.
Monitor and manage a portfolio of accounts within your assigned territory, maintaining a keen eye on client satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in effective communication and negotiation
Completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of 5+ years in industry-specific account management
Experience with CRM platforms and relationship management tools is advantageous
Ability to oversee multiple accounts and achieve targets without fail
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors to achieve client objectives.
Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and vendors, exceeding their expectations consistently.
