What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist exchange officers in handling inquiries and processing 1031 tax-deferred exchanges
Review purchase agreements and title reports, preparing necessary documentation for transactions
Monitor time deadlines and manage accounting for exchange files
Review estimated closing statements and handle disbursement of funds as per 1031 rules
Collaborate with team members to develop business and enhance customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of administrative experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish effective working relationships at the work group level
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience as an escrow officer or assistant
Familiarity with 1031 exchange rules and processes
Strong customer service skills and troubleshooting experience
